This Privacy Policy applies to the Ant Colony Manager app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MATUSIAK SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). MATUSIAK SP Z O O is referred to as the “Service Provider” in this policy.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not create user accounts.
Ant Colony Manager is designed as a local care log for antkeeping hobbyists. Colony names, species notes, feeding logs, humidity checks, population records, reminders, and related care entries are intended to remain on your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted by network infrastructure to facilitate connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.
Do third parties see or access information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no personal data is shared with third parties by the Service Provider.
The Application may be distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play may be subject to Google’s own terms and privacy practices.
What are my opt-out rights?
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, there is no app-level tracking or account-based processing to opt out from. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not collect or retain personal data from the Application on its servers. Care logs and colony records are intended to be stored locally on your device.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, your message and contact details may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations.
Data Deletion
The Application includes local data management functions such as Export All Data and Clear All Data. You may delete locally stored colony records and care logs directly on your device using the available app controls or by uninstalling the Application.
Since the Service Provider does not collect or store personal app data on its servers, there is no server-side app account or database record to delete.
If you contacted the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provided information by email, you may request deletion of that correspondence or related contact information by emailing support@matusiak.ink.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by the Application. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a child, a parent or guardian should contact the Service Provider so the information can be deleted where applicable.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information voluntarily provided through direct contact.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your app data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be made available upon request by contacting the Service Provider.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
